At Atlantic Breeze, Every Day Feels Like a Vacation

Imagine vacationing at home this year in an Atlantic Breeze Community – the scent of sea air, the sounds of seagulls, and the view of the marsh grasses blowing in the breeze. Atlantic Breeze is located in historic Salisbury, Massachusetts, nestled in the north shore area where the Merrimack River meets the Atlantic Ocean.

Salisbury has been a favorite destination of tourists young and old since the 1800s. Today the beachfront is the focus of an exciting revitalization movement that is transforming the waterfront area, thanks to the efforts of The Salisbury Beach Partnership. For the second time, the Sand & Sea Festival will highlight the many seaside, recreational uses of Salisbury's 4-mile shoreline. Coming this summer, The Partnership will host the first annual Merrimack River Maritime Festival at Salisbury Beach, hosting historic sailing ships on the Merrimack River.
